Real estate agencies are reporting institutions under POCAMLA and are required to comply with the obligations stipulated in the POCAMLA. This includes the obligation to register with the Centre pursuant to Section 47A of the POCAMLA.
In pursuit of the principal objective of the POCAMLA, the Centre and EARB hereby require unregistered real estate agencies to register with the Centre in compliance with Section 47A of the POCAMLA. Registration with the Centre should be submitted on the goAML platform by or before 28th February 2025.
Registration is done online through the goAML platform using https://goAML.frc.go.ke link.
