The National Treasury is rolling out an end-to-end Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system to all Procuring Entities in both National and County Governments. This is one of the Public Finance Management Reforms that is geared towards efficiency and value for money in Public Procurement.
Therefore, Suppliers/Contractors/Consultants are required to self-register on the e-GP Portal that is accessible through www.egpkenya.go.ke. In addition, they are requested to note the following:

- Suppliers/Contractors/Consultants within Nairobi may visit e-GP offices situated on the 6th Floor, Room 622, Treasury Building, Harambee Avenue, to receive registration assistance between 9:00 am – 4:00pm, on week days.
- Suppliers/Contractors/Consultants may also visit the National Treasury desk in all Huduma Centres during the office working hours.
- Supplier Registration Module manual is available on the e-GP portal.
- The National Treasury has organized weekly supplier registration webinar every Thursday. Suppliers will be required to register for training through links provided on www.egpkenya.go.ke under Supplier Training. Only suppliers who have registered for training will be invited to the webinar.
Take notice that, with effect from 1st July 2025, all government procurement will be processed through the e-GP system and registration of suppliers is a prerequisite.
